摘  要:通过近百种单组分缓蚀剂的筛选和数千组多组分缓蚀剂复合,确定了缓蚀剂组成;采用正交实验法,确定了缓蚀剂最佳配比,最终研制出固体清洗剂高温清洗缓蚀剂JLL-1。缓蚀剂JLL-1在氨基磺酸、柠檬酸和EDTA高温体系中具有高效缓蚀性能,且不产生非均匀腐蚀现象。抗清洗剂浓度、抗温度和抗时间等抗干扰性能优良。该缓蚀剂性能稳定,在清洗剂中溶解性好,是一种阴阳极同时抑制的电化学混合型缓蚀剂。缓蚀剂JLL-1无毒无害,是一种高效环保型缓蚀剂。The component of corrosion inhibitor JLL - 1 was determined by sifting nearly one hundred kinds of single - component inhibitors and compounding thousands of multi - component inhibi- tors. The best proportion of component of corrosion inhibitor JLL - 1 was obtained by orthogonal exper- iment. Corrosion inhibitor JLL - 1 has excellent corrosion inhibition property and there is no heteroge- neous corrosion at high temperature in the system of sulfaminic acid, citric acid and EDTA. Corrosioninhibitor JLL - 1 has excellent property of anti - interference tion of cleaning agent,anti -temperature and in cleaning agent. Corrosion inhibitor JLL - 1 mental protection corrosion anti - time etc. has non - toxic performance ( such as anti - concentra- ), high stabilization and good solubility and harmless and is a kind of environ-
