昌九一体化背景下海关特殊监管区域整合研究

摘　　要：海关特殊监管区域在中国外向型经济中发挥着突出的引领作用,其发展得到社会高度重视。随着昌九一体化的深入发展,对昌九海关特殊监管区域提出了更综合化、系统性的要求。文章基于昌九一体化的背景,分析昌九海关特殊监管区域整合,阐述昌九海关特殊监管区域发展现状,剖析存在的问题及其原因,探讨昌九一体化下海关特殊监管区域整合的可行性。Customs special supervision areas plays an outstanding leading role in the export- oriented economy,which receives the highly attention of every aspect in the society and government. With the further development of Changjiu integration,customs special supervision areas put more comprehensive and systematic request. Based on background of Changjiu integration,the article analyzed integration about customs special supervision areas,it was divided into four parts,and firstly,it emphasized the current situation of customs special supervision areas of Changjiu. Secondly,this paper summarized the problems and went deep into the root of the problems. Thirdly,it explored the feasibility of the integration of customs special supervision areas. Finally,based on the fact,a series of relevant suggestions were put forward from policy,industry bases,infrastructure and technical means.
