应用透明质酸钠凝胶术中辅助破裂囊肿摘除临床观察

摘　　要：目的研究医用透明质酸钠凝胶在摘除眼部破裂液体性囊肿中的应用，为临床提供一种摘除眼部破裂液体性囊肿的切实可靠的方法。方法回顾性分析2010年5月至2015年6月在河北省眼科医院治疗眼部液体性囊肿摘除术中破裂病例，将医用透明质酸钠凝胶白破裂口注入后摘除，观察其疗效及随访结果。结果共13例囊肿破裂后应用医用透明质酸钠凝胶，其中泪腺导管囊肿5例，结膜潴留囊肿4例，皮样囊肿（其内为油状液体）2例，植入性囊肿1例，粘液囊肿1例，均囊腔内注入医用透明质酸钠凝胶后使手术顺利进行，随访1月至4年无复发。结论医用透明质酸钠凝胶辅助摘除眼部破裂薄壁液体性囊肿方法简便，取材容易、效果切实可靠，是一种极好的治疗方法，适合于各阶层医院。Objective To explore the use of medical sodium hyaluronate gel in removal of rup- tured periocular liquid-fiUed cysts and offer an efficient and reliable method to remove it. Methods Retrospective analyzed the case of ruptured periocular liquid-filled cyst which removed with the aid of medical sodium hyaluronate gel, the therapy effect and result were observed. Results The various types periocular cysts in our study were dacryops 5, conjunctival retention cysts 4, dermoid （which contained oil like liquid） 2, inclusion cysts 1, mucous cyst 1. All cysts were ruptured during opera- tion and removed with the aid of medical sodium hyaluronate gel. The follow up period ranged from 1 month to four years, no one recurrent. Conclusions Medical sodium hyaluronate gel aid in removal of ruptured liquid-filled periocular cyst is easy to perform, the substance can be obtained easily, and the result is reliable. It is a perfect therapy which can be applied in all types of hospitals.
