摘 要:采用典型样地法研究了武功山重度退化、中度退化和无退化三种类型山地草甸的土壤种子库特征。结果表明:武功山山地草甸主要建群种为五节芒(Miscanthus floridulus)和毛秆野古草(Arundinella anomala);草甸生活型以多年生草本为主,其物种多样性表现为菊科>禾本科>唇形科>毛茛科。重度和中度退化草甸上物种数仅占无退化草甸的8.3%和19.4%。重度退化、中度退化和无退化三种类型草甸表层土壤(0—10 cm)种子密度差异极显著(P<0.01),分别为764粒?m–2、1371粒?m–2、2355粒?m–2。三种退化类型土壤种子库在空间垂直分布上表现为随土壤深度的增加而减少,随着海拔高度的增加而降低。Soil seed bank was investigated in three types of mountain meadows with severe degradation, moderate degradation and non-degradation using typical-plot method. The results showed that the dominant species are Miscanthus floridulus and Arundinella anomala in study area; the life-forms in the meadow were mostly perennial herb, species diversity demonstrated as Compositae 〉Gramineae〉Labiatae〉Ranunculaceae, and quantities of species in severely and moderately degraded meadows were only 8.3% and 19.4% of those in non-degradation meadow. Seed densities in upper soil of 0-10 cm were significantly different among three types of meadow, and they were 764 seed·m^(–2), 1371 seed·m^(–2) and 2355 seed·m^(–2), respectively. Soil seed density decreased with increase of soil depth, and also showed a declined trend with increased altitude.
