摘  要:为提高玻璃纤维增强材料GFRP与混凝土的界面黏结性能,提出了一种新型T形肋开孔GFRP抗剪键,可应用于受力复杂的组合梁、板设计。通过推出试验测试了这种新型抗剪键的基本力学性能,得到了其破坏形态、裂缝分布规律及荷载-相对滑移曲线。试验结果表明:界面出现滑移后,T形肋开孔GFRP抗剪键能提供较好的抗剪变形能力;最终混凝土突然出现剪切破坏,GFRP抗剪键基本完整;对于孔内无穿孔钢筋的T形肋开孔GFRP抗剪键呈现出与开孔钢板连接件相似的破坏机理,其承载力取决于左右两边混凝土块的抗剪能力与穿过T形肋孔洞的混凝土榫所提供的抗剪销栓力。基于试验得到的破坏机理建立了T形肋开孔GFRP抗剪键的极限承载力计算公式,计算结果表明:该公式具备足够的安全富余系数,可供工程设计参考。A new T-type perfobond rib GFRP shear connector was put forward to improve the interfacial bond properties between GFRP and concrete. Push-out tests were conducted to investigate the mechanical behaviors of three T-type perfobond rib GFRP shear connectors. The failure patterns, crack development rules and load-slip relationships,were obtained by contrast experiments. Results showed that T-type perfobond rib GFRP shear connectors could provide good shear deformation capabilities after interface slipping,all the failures started with concrete shear failures which showed the same failure mechanism as PBL shear connectors,ultimate bearing capacity depended on the shear strength of concrete block and concrete tenons through the T-type rib holes. The formula of ultimate bearing capacity was proposed,the calculated results showed that this method had enough safety coefficient,which provided a reference for the engineering design.
