摘 要:采用高性能复合砂浆钢筋网薄层(HPFL)对预制空心板进行拼装加固,并对拼装加固好的空心板试件进行试验研究,分析用HPFL拼装加固后的预制空心板试件的水平承载力,比较不同强度等级的高性能复合砂浆对预制空心板试件抗剪承载力的影响,在此基础上采用有限元计算软件ANSYS建立三维有限元分析模型,对HPFL加固预制空心板进行分析,模拟数值加载全过程和加固构件的受力性能,并与试验结果进行比较分析,研究加固构件的抗剪性能。有限元分析结果与试验结果基本一致,表明:采用HPFL拼装加固能明显提高装配整体式空心板的抗剪承载力,提高其平面内整体性,且复合砂浆强度越高,提高效果越明显。The high performance ferrocement laminate( HPFL) was used respectively to assemble and reinforce precast hollow slab,and assembled reinforced hollow specimens were studied,and the horizontal bearing capacity of precast hollow slab specimens assembled and reinforced by HPFL was analyzed,and the effect of different strength grades of high performance composite mortars on the shear bearing capacity of the precast hollow slab specimens were compared,based on that test,ANSYS was applied to set up the special finite element model to analyze the PC hollowcore slabs strengthened with HPFL. Numerical simulation of the whole loading process and mechanical properties of the specimens was also conducted,whose results were compared with the test results. The shear behavior of the reinforced specimens was studied,and the finite element analysis results and the experimental results were basically the same,showing that the HPFL assembling reinforcement could obviously increase the shear bearing capacity of the assembled monolithic hollow slab,also increase its plane integrity,and the higher the composite mortar strength,the more obvious the effect of improvement was.
