摘 要:本文将制浆造纸行业中成熟的黑液蒸发浓缩污染防治技术,应用到棉浆粕黑液的处理中,将高浓度COD的黑液转变成固态的碱木质素,在末端治理的前端解决了高浓度COD的污染问题,降低了中段废水COD负荷,减轻了处理难度,是棉浆粕生产废水《污水综合排放标准》(GB8978-1996)一级达标的有效保证,是棉浆粕行业污染防治的最佳可行实用技术。this paper studies how the proven technology for black liquor evaporation,concentration and pollution prevention and control in pulp and paper industry is applied in the treatment of cotton pulp black liquor,to convert the high COD concentration black liquor into solid alkali lignin,solve the issue of high- concentration COD pollution before end treatment,reduce the COD load of intermediate wastewater and the treatment difficulty. This technology can effectively guarantee that the wastewater from cotton pulp production meets the 1st level criteria specified in Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard( GB8978- 1996) and is an optimum,feasible and practical technology for pollution prevention and control in cotton pulp industry.
