摘　　要：应完整把握"工作过程"、建立校本教学模式、强化师资岗位体验、关注学生学习需求,针对性地采取岗位调研、优化实训方案、强化师资队伍,提升高职财会教学水平。It is important to focus on four dimensions as the ＂working process＂,the establishment of school based teaching model,strengthening the teacher job experience,paying attention to the students learning needs,and taking measure as survey,optimizing training plan and strengthening teachers faculty so as to enhance the level of accounting education in higher vocational education.
