摘　　要：阐述了风险分析对于石化装置安全设计的重要性,通过对环氧乙烷装置和罐区的风险分析,指出设计中存在的潜在风险,根据分析结果对设计进行了优化,并对消防设置提出了定量化的指导建议,有效地提升了装置的安全性。This paper describes the importance of risk analysis for petrochemical plant safety design,by means of ethylene oxide and tank risk analysis,points out the potential risks existing in the design,based on the analysis of the design has been optimized,and the fire setting forth quantitative recommendations for guidance,effectively enhance the safety of the device.
