摘　　要：联合虚拟参考咨询服务已经成为当代参考咨询发展的趋势。文章在概述与阐明联合虚拟参考咨询服务的内涵、特点、优势和模式的基础上,分析了目前国内联合虚拟参考咨询服务存在的问题,继而从五个层面探讨了我国联合虚拟参考咨询服务发展的重点和对策。The collaborative virtual reference service has become the development trend of the virtual referenceservice. On the basis of illuminating the connotation, characteristics, advantages and patterns of the CVRS, this arti-cle analyzes the current problems existed in the CVRS in our country, then discusses the key points and counter-measures of the development of the CVRS in our country from five aspects.
