摘　　要：专业特色体现的是一所高校办学定位和学术水平,而专业人才培养需要结构性的课程体系作为保障。因此,探讨如何建立适合现代社会需求的课程设置,突出专业特色,对于提高人才培养水平、提高就业率具有重要的现实意义。针对高等学校人才培养方案中存在的特色不突出问题,结合沈阳工业大学电子科学与技术专业2016版人才培养方案制定具体实践过程,简要介绍应用型本科专业人才培养方案制定的基本思路,详细介绍了培养方案制定的主要过程,重点阐述了优化专业课程设置以突出培养特色的具体措施。Specialty characteristics reflects the orientation and academic level of the university. The trainingscheme needs a structural course system as a guarantee. Therefore, the curriculum system for the needs of modernsociety is discussed to highlight the professional characteristics, to improve the level of talent training. According tothe talent cultivating scheme of electronics science and technology in 2016, the existing problems for higher schooltalent training scheme are investigated, and the basic ideas for the application type undergraduate talents trainingprogram are developed, the main processes are introdueedin detail. We have focused on the specific measures ofOptimization of professional curriculum settings to highlight the training characteristics.
