摘　　要：建设项目竣工环保验收是检验企业是否执行"三同时"制度的重要手段。通过从资料收集、现场踏勘、验收监测和报告编写等4个方面具体分析建设项目竣工环保验收监测中存在的问题,就如何贯彻执行"三同时"制度提出了几点对策,以期对建设项目竣工环保验收监测提供借鉴。Environmental protection acceptance inspection in completed construction projects is an important method to check whether the company has fulfilled the ＂ three simultaneous＂ system. This paper analyzes the existing problems with the environmental protection acceptance monitoring in completed construction projects in terms of data collection, onsite survey, acceptance monitoring and reports writing. Some countermeasures were put forward on how to implement the ＂three simultaneous＂ system in order to provide reference for environmental protection acceptance monitoring.
