树立正确的选人用人导向

摘　　要：为了建设一支符合军队好干部标准,能够担当强军重任的高素质干部队伍,必须坚持把匡正选人用人风气作为重大政治和组织原则问题,强化事业取人的政治责任、组织选人的把关作用、制度用人的刚性约束。努力做到树立选用干部的导向,注重工作实绩、以事业取人;严把选用干部的关口,注重加强领导、组织选人;确立选用干部的规矩,注重依法依规、制度用人;尊重选用干部的民意,注重扩大民主、群众荐人。Establishment of right style of cadre selection and appointment is regarded as a significant political issue and a matter of organizational principle.We are politically responsible for selecting cadres according to their work performance and relying on both the organization and system so as to set up a fair selection standard.Especially the organization and leaders should adhere to the high and strict selection standard.Laws and regulations should be respected and observed.The democracy in cadre selection should be carried out.We should collect the opinions of the mass and encourage their recommendations.We should hold these principles so as to make the cadre team meet the excellent military cadre standards and work for the strong army.
