民转军技术采购定价方法及内在逻辑比较研究

摘　　要：在介绍民转军技术相关概念的基础上,阐述了民用技术转为军用的前提条件,分析了民转军技术的特点,并概述了民转军技术采购定价方法。主要以微观经济学的基本原理为依据,对所提出的四种技术采购定价方法从内在逻辑的角度进行了比较研究。The definition for the term of technology transfer from civilian to military field is given and the prerequisites of the transformation are stated.Based on characteristic analysis of the technology,the pricing methods are summarized.From the perspective of the internal logic,four technical procurement pricing methods are compared on the basis of the basic principles of microeconomics.
