摘　　要：目的 :分析沪东社区管理重点孕妇的高危因素的变化趋势,找出社区孕期保健工作的重点。方法 :回顾性分析沪东社区2012年1月-2014年12月2 962人孕产期管理相关资料。结果 :橙色预警中需要用药的甲状腺疾病呈逐年升高,BMI异常患者、高龄孕妇、外地户籍孕妇、瘢痕子宫外地孕妇比例较前升高。结论 :对社区孕妇进行妊娠风险预警评估十分重要,社区医生应根据本社区高危因素和特点有重点地指导孕妇进行更好的孕期保健。Objective： To analyze the changing trend of the risk factors for the community management of the key pregnant women in Hudong Community to find out the emphasis of the community pregnant health care work. Methods： The relevant information of the management of 2 962 women in the pregnant period in Hudong Community from Jan. 2012 to Dec. 2014 was retrospectively analyzed. Results： The rate of hypothyroidism that required the medicine treatment increased in the orange signal warning. The proportions of the patients with the abnormal body mass index, women with the advanced maternal age, migrant women and the migrant women with scarred uterus increased more than before. Conclusion： It is important to make the pregnant risk assessment for the pregnant women in the community. According to the high risk factors and characteristics of this community, the community doctors should focus on the guidance of the pregnant women for the better health care during the pregnancy.
