摘　　要：以嘧菌酯为例介绍了水分散粒剂的研发及工业化生产。通过试验,对50%嘧菌酯水分散粒剂的制备进行了研究,并研制出合格的水分散粒剂,产品各项指标符合水分散粒剂标准要求。对水分散粒剂工艺路线进行比较,选择合适的制粒工艺流化床制粒,并实现产品的产业化。The development and industrial production of WG were introduced with azoxystrobin as an example.Through experiments,the preparation of azoxystrobin 50% WG was studied. The formulation was developed and all indexs conformed to the requirements of WG. The preparation process were compared,then the fluidized bed granulation technology was choosen to realize the industrialization of the products.
