摘　　要：陈衍有词籍《朱丝词》,虽无词论专著,但散布在著作和词序中的论词话语颇多,这些都是研究陈衍词学思想的重要资料。从《侯官陈石遗先生年谱》中辑出陈衍词学活动的信息,同时查阅其他相关资料,可以勾勒出陈衍词学活动的概貌,并分析其词学活动的特色。陈衍词学活动主要涉及作词和写词序,具有鲜明的特点。词学活动是陈衍文学活动的组成部分之一,对之进行考论,有助于我们进一步了解陈衍其人及其创作,这将是探析陈衍词学成就的有效门径。Chen Yan has the Zhu Si Ci. Although he doesn＇t have a monograph,but the discourse on Ci that scattered in the word and the prefaces and epilogues of the Ci is very much. These are important materials for the study of Chen Yan＇s thought. This paper pick out the information about the activities of Chen Yan＇s Ci from a Chronicle of＂Houguan＂Mr. Chen Shiyi,and review other relevant documentation that I can Outline Chen Yan＇s Ci Activities. Based on it,I analysis the characteristics of Chen Yan＇s Ci activities. Chen Yan＇s Ci Activities mainly consist of write Ci and the prefaces and epilogues of the Ci. These have distinctive features. The activities of Ci poetry is one of the components of Chen Yan＇s literary activities. An examination of it will help us to further understand Chen Yan and his creation. This will be the effective way of studying Chen Yan＇s Ci achievement.
