摘　　要：本文基于2007-2013年省际面板数据,分析了市场结构对农业保险市场规模的影响。研究发现,我国农业保险的市场结构仍为极高寡占型,表征市场集中度的CRn指数和HHI指数均值分别高达0.897和0.340,但处于明显的下降通道。市场集中度下降对市场规模的扩大有显著的正向影响,说明目前趋于竞争的市场更有助于市场规模的扩大,这意味着应当加快农业保险市场发育进程,扶持政策性保险机构、尝试引入外资机构尤为必要。保费补贴对各地区市场规模有显著的积极影响,而第一产业占GDP比重高的地区农业保险市场规模偏小,为此,应当优化补贴格局,落实精准补贴,更加有针对性地向农业大省、农业大县倾斜。Based on the provincial panel data of 2007 -2013 ,this paper analyzed the influence of market structure on the scale of agricultural insurance market. It is found that China＇ s agricultural insurance market is still the high oligopolistic type, with the market concentration index and HHI index remaining as high as 0. 897 and 0. 340 respectively, but both showing a conspicuous trend of decline. The decline of market concentration has a significant positive effect on the expansion of market size, which indicates that a competitive market is more conducive to the expansion of market size. This means that it is particularly necessary to accelerate the development of agricultural insurance market, support policy - sponsored insurance institutions, and introduce foreign institutions in an orderly way. Premium subsidies have a significant positive impact on the market size of various regions, while in the area with a high proportion of GDP from the first industry the agricultural insurance market is relatively small. Therefore, we should optimize the subsidization patterns for a more precise allocation, targeting mainly the big agricultural provinces and counties.
