随访干预对院外青光眼患者自我管理能力和眼压的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨随访干预对院外青光眼患者自我管理能力和眼压的影响。方法:对64例青光眼患者按出院顺序随机分为对照组32例和观察组32例,对照组患者在住院期间接受青光眼疾病自我管理相关知识教育,出院时均按要求掌握;观察组在对照组基础上实施随访干预(电话及家庭随访),随访时间为6个月,比较2组患者自我管理能力及眼压的差异。结果:观察组自我管理能力及眼压优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:随访干预有利于提高院外青光眼患者的自我管理能力及控制眼压。Objective： To investigate the effect of follow-up intervention on self-management ability and intraocular pressure of patients with glaucoma. Methods： A total of 64 patients with glaucoma discharged were randomly divided to control group（ 32 patients） and observation group（ 32 patients）. The control group received self-management education of glaucoma during in the hospital and mastered when they were discharged. The observation group received telephone and home follow-up on the basis of the control group and followed-up for 6 months. Self-management ability and intraocular pressure was compared. Results： The self-management ability and intraocular pressure in the observation group were better than those in the control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Followup intervention is beneficial to improve the self-management ability of patients with glaucoma and control intraocular pressure.
