摘 要:目的:探讨碱性和中性多酶清洗剂清洗金属颅脑吸引器头的效果。方法:将600件污染的金属颅脑吸引器头随机分为观察组和对照组。观察组使用1∶270的碱性多酶清洗剂清洗,对照组使用1∶270中性多酶清洗剂清洗,比较2组器械的清洗效果。结果:2组器械表面清洗合格率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组器械管腔内壁的目测合格率、杰力试纸检测合格率均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:碱性多酶清洗剂清洗金属颅脑吸引器头的效果明显优于中性多酶清洗剂,适合推广使用。Objective: To explore the effects of alkaline and neutral multi-enzyme cleaning agent in metal brain aspirator cleaning.Methods: A total of 600 contaminated metal brain aspirators were divided into observation group and control group. The observation group was cleaned with 1∶ 270 alkaline multi-enzyme cleaning agent,the control group was cleaned with 1 ∶ 270 neutral multi-enzyme cleaning agent,the cleaning effects of two groups were evaluated. Results: The cleaning qualified rates of equipment surface had no significant difference( P〉0. 05),but the cleaning qualified rates of aspirator cavity wall and Jieli test paper in the observation group were higher than that in the control group( P〈 0. 05). Conclusions: Effects of alkaline multi-enzyme cleaning agent in metal brain aspirator cleaning is better than the neutral multi-enzyme cleaning agent,it is suitable for application.
