超限高层建筑奥园国际中心三期的抗震性能设计

摘　　要：介绍了广州市奥园国际中心三期工程的结构体系,分析了该工程的结构超限类别,并结合规范要求,提出了针对性的结构加强措施,从小震、中震、大震三方面,按设定的抗震性能目标对结构进行了分析,指出该建筑抗震性能优良,能满足性能要求。The paper introduces the structural system of Aoyuan international center phase Ⅲ in Guangzhou city,analyzes its out-of-code structural categories,and puts forward corresponding structure strengthening measures by combining with regulations. It analyzes the structure according to seismic performance targets from three aspects of small earthquake medium earthquake and big earthquake,and finally points out that： the building seismic performance is good,which can meet property demands.
