我国龙舟体育文化传承的人才阻滞现象及机制研究

摘　　要：当下我国龙舟体育人才培养工作不能适应龙舟体育文化的发展需求,人才阻滞现象较为严重。针对这一现状,运用文献研究、问卷调查、专家访问、数理统计与逻辑分析等方法,对龙舟体育文化传承的人才阻滞现象及其机制进行深入探讨,结果表明:我国龙舟体育文化传承人才阻滞现象主要呈现为培养理念较滞后、培养目标不明确、人才规格不规范、人才需求有缺失、培养体系不健全、培养策略有缺位与人才质量不理想等。导致龙舟体育文化人才阻滞现象产生的机制取决于其相关制约因素的缺失或异化。这些制约因素可概括为社会因素、经济因素、文化因素、教育因素、体育因素与管理因素等六个方面。廓清我国龙舟体育文化传承的人才阻滞现象及其机制,对于完善龙舟体育文化人才培养体系及促进龙舟体育文化传承发展具有重要的理论价值与实践意义。In recent years, the talent cultivation of Chinese dragon boat sports can＇t satisfy the developing demands, which leads to serious talent block-phenomena. The paper, by means of literature research, questionnaire, expert interviews, statistics and logic analysis, deeply probes into such phenomena and the mechanism, and the result shows that there are such block phenomena as backward ideas, unclear cultivation objectives, non-standard talent specifications, incomplete talent demands, unsound cultivating system, defect cultivation strategy and unsatisfactory talent quality. The causes of such phenomena lie mainly on lack or alienation of related restricting factors, including social, economical, cultural, educational, sport and management factors. It is of great theoretical value and practical significance of clearing up the talent block-phenomena and the mechanism for perfecting the talent cultivation system and promoting dragon boat sports cultural inheritance.
