摘　　要："互联网+"的提出引发了各方热议。本文受服务创新四维度模型中整合方法的启发,在原有模型的基础上增加一个新的维度——知识价值,构建了考虑知识价值链的服务创新模型,形成了知识链与价值链间的4类知识流动,使企业的服务创新受到知识价值链维度的影响。＂Internet＋＂ sparked the debate. Under the service innovation inspired the four-dimensional model of integration method, this paper proposes to a new dimension named knowledge value chain based on the original four dimensions. Meanwhile, it forms enterprise service innovation model with KVC and performs four kinds of knowledge flow between knowledge chain and value chain affected by the factors of dimension.
