摘  要:为了解决原油储罐机械清洗工艺存在清洗用油量大、污染清洗用油品、无法根本消除罐底油泥问题,提出原油储罐射流清洗与油泥同步分离的新工艺,研发一种储罐机械清洗用罐底油泥调质与离心分离装置。新工艺与装置可将罐底的污油泥进行油、水、泥三相分离,分离后油中含水率≤1%、水中含油率≤0.5%、固相含水率≤75%,解决了罐底油泥回罐二次污染的难题,有效减少了清洗用油量,避免油品污染,实现罐底油泥最大程度的分离与合理处置。In order to solve the crude oil storage tank mechanical cleaning problem that the oil capacity of cleaning oil is large,it contaminate the cleaning oil and it cannot fundamentally eliminate the tank bottom sludge,tank bottom sludge cleaning and separation technology was proposed in this paper,and a tank cleaning machine with tank bottom sludge conditioning and centrifugal separation device was researched. The new process and the device can separate oil,water and mud into three phase. After separation,water content in oil is less than or equal to 1% and oil content in water is less than or equal to 0. 5% and liquid content in solid is less than or equal to 75%,resolving the problem that sludge can return into other tanks,reducing the quantity of oil used to clean and avoided its pollution,realizing of tank bottom sludge maximum separation and reasonable disposition.
