摘 要:老旧原油管道低输量运行易进入不稳定工作区,存在较大的结蜡凝管和泄漏风险。文中通过分析某低输量不稳定运行管道的压力、温度和流量变化,采取具体应对措施,验证了提高输油温度、添加减阻剂、提高输油压力和启用反输等措施在消减老旧原油管道不稳定运行风险中的作用。最后总结了老旧管道低输量安全运行需要注意的事项和具体措施,建议把清管和反输纳入老旧热油管道的生产管理范畴,为老旧管道的安全平稳运行提供参考。Old crude oil pipeline in the low through-put running stage is easily run into the unstable area,and wax deposition and pipeline blasting leak risks exist. Specific measures were presented for low through-put old crude oil pipeline which was in the unstable operation stage,and through the changes of the pipeline operation pressure,temperature and flow rate,verifying the effect of increase oil temperature,adding DRA,increase oil pressure and start the reverse through-put in the reduction of risks of the old unstable operation crude pipeline. Finally,several issues and specific measures were summarized which need to be paid attention for the safety operation of the old low through-put pipeline,and it suggested that the management of old hot oil pipeline need to include the pigging and reverse through-put technology,thus providing reference for the safe and stable operation of the old crude pipeline.
