摘　　要：基于热电保障装置在铁运处焦化运输部先期2台机车的运用经验,结合机务段内燃机车运用与检修的实际情况,对热电保障技术进行了深入研究,完成了对机务段检修车间、大东整备场及13台机车的技术升级改造,主要内容包括专用"油水整备房"、"防护箱"的建造,加热设备的改造,以及相应管线、阀门、油水泵的升级等。该技术在国内外内燃机车打温方面具有较大的推广及借鉴价值。Base on the using experience of thermoelectrics assurance device in two diesel locomotive in railway transportation and combine with the actual situation of diesel locomotive using and repairing,by the depth researching of thermoelectrics assurance technique and accomplish the upgrade and remould of overhaul shop,east workshop and thirteen diesel locomotive,including the rebuilding of specific oil and water workshop,protective housing and the reforming of melting device and the corresponding pipeline,valve diesel water pump,this technique can be popularized and provide reference in domestic and overseas diesel locomotive.
