摘  要:某自备电厂330 MW直接空冷机组NLT350-400X7型凝结水泵在运行过程中出力不足,单台泵无法满足机组在低背压情况下稳定运行的要求,对此进行原因排查,发现排汽装置热水井滤网严重堵塞,对排汽装置热水井滤网进行清理后,在机组低背压情况下,单台凝结水泵运行稳定,出力达到了设计要求。A NLT350-400X7 type condensate pump output was low in running process under low back pressure in a 330 MW direct air cooling unit, a single pump could not meet the requirements of the unit stable operation under low back pressure, after investigation of the cause, found the filter was seriously blocked in exhaust steam device of hot water well, by cleaning of exhaust steam device, the single condensate pump operation was stable, the output could meet the designing demand in the low back pressure condition.
