流苏石斛与其他黄草类石斛HPLC特征图谱的比较研究

摘　　要：目的建立流苏石斛HPLC特征图谱,并初步比较黄草类石斛（金钗石斛、流苏石斛、叠鞘石斛）高效液相（HPLC）特征图谱的差异。方法采用HPLC特征图谱技术,建立流苏石斛及黄草类石斛特征图谱分析方法,采用国家药典委员会中药色谱指纹图谱相似度评价系统软件（2004A版）进行相似度分析。结果在流苏石斛的HPLC特征图谱中,标记出9个共有峰,相似度为0.837-0.992。检测发现金钗石斛、流苏石斛、叠鞘石斛3种石斛所含化学成分存在较大差异,但均含有石斛酚。结论建立流苏石斛HPLC特征图谱的方法稳定可靠、重复性好,能在一定程度上能够反映金钗石斛、流苏石斛、叠鞘石斛3种石斛主要化学成分的种类和相对含量差异,并为流苏石斛与另外两种黄草石斛的鉴别提供依据。Objective To establish HPLC characteristic spectrum of Dendrobium fimbriatum Hook and to preliminarily compare the difference of HPLC characteristic spectrum of Huangcao Dendrobium species（Dendrobium nobile,Dendrobium fimbriatum,Dendrobium denneanum）. Methods The HPLC characteristic spectrum technology was used to analyze the characteristic spectrum of Dendrobium fimbriatum and Huangcao Dendrobium species. The similarity of the species was evaluated by using software＂ Similarity Evaluation System for Chromatographic Fingerprint of TCM＂published by the State Pharmacopoeia Commission（2004A version）. Results Nine common peaks were shown in the HPLC characteristic spectrum of Dendrobium fimbriatum,and the similarities were in the ranges of 0.837- 0.992. Great differences existed in the chemical compositions of the three Huangcao Dendrobium species,but the dendrophenol was the common component of the three Huangcao Dendrobium species. Conclusion The established method of HPLC characteristic spectrum of Dendrobium fimbriatum is accurate, reliable and with good reproducibility. The method of HPLC characteristic spectrum of Dendrobium nobile, Dendrobium fimbriatum, and Dendrobium denneanum can reflect the difference of categories and relative quantities of main chemical composition in the three species of Huangcao Dendrobium,and can be used to identify Dendrobium fimbriatum from the other two Huangcao Dendrobium species.
