痰证的中医药研究进展

摘　　要：从痰证的中医医籍及医家证治研究、病证结合思路指导下的痰证辨治及痰证的实质研究等方面综述了近年来痰证的相关研究进展。传统中医痰证的证治方药,因各位医家其所处时代及辨证思路的不同而证治用药各有特色。病证结合思路指导下的痰证临床辨治涉及现代医学内外妇儿等各种疾病,但其总的指导思路未脱离中医理论异病同证同治的原则。病证结合思路指导下的痰证实质研究分别从血液生化检查、细胞因子水平等角度探讨了各种疾病痰证的病理机制,但其结论多是针对某种或某些疾病,难以外推。建议从方药相应的模式建立痰证的临床辨证诊治标准,从蛋白质(群)水平探讨建立痰证的微观辨证指标。Progress in present research of traditional Chinese medical phlegm syndrome of monograph and practitioners,differentiation and treatment of phlegm syndrome in disease- syndrome pattern,and essential of phlegm syndrome in disease- syndrome pattern was reviewed. The recent research of phlegm syndrome of monograph and practitioners showed that the differentiation and treatment of phlegm syndrome in the field of traditional Chinese medicine varied for the difference of the practitioners in various periods and having their special differentiation thoughts.Research of differentiation and treatment of phlegm syndrome in disease- syndrome pattern involves various kinds of diseases of modern western medicine, and the therapeutic principle is still abiding to the theory of same therapy for same syndrome in different diseases. Research of essential of phlegm syndrome in disease- syndrome pattern showed the changes of phlegm syndrome patients in blood bio- chemical examination and cytokines,but the conclusion is hardly to be extended for the research is usually involved one kind or some kinds of diseases. For the phlegm syndrome is a category of traditional Chinese medicine, the formulae- syndrome pattern for differentiation and treatment of phlegm syndrome and proteomics screening for establishment of phlegm syndrome microscopic diagnostic parameters are recommended.
