摘  要:综述近5年来黄芪抗肿瘤作用机制的研究进展。结果显示,黄芪的活性成分可调节免疫细胞及细胞因子以增强机体免疫功能;影响细胞周期蛋白及基因表达抑制肿瘤细胞增殖;通过阻滞细胞增殖周期影响细胞凋亡信号转导途径和调控癌基因与抑癌基因的表达等促进肿瘤细胞凋亡;通过抑制基质金属蛋白酶活性和血管生长因子等表达抑制肿瘤细胞转移;其抗氧化应激作用能清除、抑制自由基;通过逆转耐药及辅助化疗药物等达到抗肿瘤作用。Advances in antitumor mechanisms of Radix Astragalus in the recent five years were summarized. The results showed that the chemical composition of Radix Astragalus could enhance immune function by regulating the immune cells and cytokines, inhibit tumor cell proliferation by affecting cell cycle protein and gene expression, and promote tumor cell apoptosis by regulating apoptotic signal transduction pathways and the expression of cancer genes and other tumor suppressor genes through affecting the cell cycle arrest. Moreover,the chemical composition of Radix Astragalus could inhibit the metastasis of tumor cell by inhibiting the activity of matrix metalloproteinase and regulating the expression of vascular endothelial growth factor. The antitumor effect of Radix Astragalus can be achieved by anti- oxidative stress through suppressing and removing free radicals,and by reversing drug resistance and assisting the chemotherapy drugs.
