摘 要:为改善山丘区水环境,以典型山丘区城市临海市为研究对象,基于对临海市水环境现状、水环境功能及水污染负荷的充分调查,建立河网水量水质数学模型,计算了河网水环境容量,并提出了污染物排放总量控制和削减方案。结果表明:临海市河网的水环境容量COD为15 904.3 t/a,NH3-N为1585.2 t/a,水质超标率分别为COD 15.61%,NH3-N 16.67%。规划年工程实施后预计新增水环境容量COD 1 137.7 t/a,NH3-N 114 t/a,削减污染物入河量COD 10 610.6 t/a,NH3-N 1 082 t/a,水环境质量得到较大提升。Based on the full investigation on the present situation of water environment, water environment function, and the water pollution load, Linhai City, a typical hilly area city, was chosen in this study for improving the water environmental quality in hilly area. In this study, we established the water quantity and quality mathematical models, calculated the water environmental capacity of the river net, and put forward the water pollution total quantity control and water pollution reduction plan for Linhai City. Results show that the water environmental capacity of COD and NH3-N in Linhai City is 15 904.3 tons per year and 1 585.2 tons per year, respectively. The over-limit ratio of water quantity is 15.61% for COD and 16. 67% for NH3-N. After the project is completed in the planning year, the increase of the water environmental capacity will be 1 137.7 tons per year for COD and 114 tons per year for NH3-N, the water pollution reduction flowing into the river net will be 10610. 6 tons per year for COD and 1 082 tons per year for NH3-N, and the water environmental quality of Linhai City can be improved.
