摘　　要：在网络高速发展的当下,各类与网络相关的犯罪增长迅猛。网络盗窃作为网络犯罪中主要类型之一,也呈高发态势。网络盗窃犯罪具有智能性、隐蔽性、普及化、集团化等特点,侦破难度很大。深入分析网络盗窃案件的侦破难点,进而提出全面的侦查对策,对打击网络盗窃犯罪十分必要。At present, with the high-speed development of network, all kinds of crimes related to network are growing rapidly.Network theft, as one of the main types of network crime, also presents the high-incidence trend.Network theft crime investigates difficultly due to its characteristics of intelligence, concealment, commonplace, collectivization. It is essential to analyze the difficulties of network theft deeply, and then put forward countermeasures for comprehensive investigation for striking this kind of crime.
