公安高等院校转型下的技术技能型课程体系开发——以公安交通管理专业为例

摘　　要：探索公安高等院校培养现代公安职业人才的新课程体系,对于其适应当前高等职业教育重大改革和全面深化公安改革新形势至关重要。对公安高等院校的教育类型及层次进行重新定位,并对其培养人才目标从行业功能、规格特征及社会认可层次等三个维度进行了分析;以此为导向,运用项目课程体系和工作过程系统化课程体系的构建方法,以公安交通管理专业为例,研究了警务执法岗位技术技能课程体系的开发方法。In order to train the different levels modern police professional talents, the new course system must be researched. It is important to explore the new course system, if the public security colleges and universities would adapt to the current reform of higher vocational education major and comprehensively deepen the reform of the new situation of public security. The author redefined education types and levels of public security colleges and universities. The works of analysis about talents training goal of public security colleges and universities were carried out from three dimensions： the industry functions, features and social acceptance level. Based on this, the police law enforcement job skills course system was researched, by using the project course system and the working process of the systematic curriculum system construction method. As an example, the new course system of public security traffic management was structured.
