摘  要:在特高压输电通道优化运行问题中,如何选择合适的输电容量和风火打捆配置方案对电网经济稳定运行尤其重要,为此文中提出一种规划方法。首先建立了考虑受端电网稳定性和经济性的静态安全指标、暂态稳定指标、电压稳定指标、经济运行指标和电力电量需求指标的指标体系,在此基础上,建立了多目标优化模型,并采用带精英策略的非支配排序遗传算法(NSGA-Ⅱ)进行求解,得到满足各约束条件的非劣解集,作为风火打捆输电的备选方案;然后采用多目标决策方法对备选方案进行排序,得到最优方案;最后基于概率灵敏度分析方法,分析了评价指标体系中各指标值的不同取值及备选方案数量变化对排序结果的影响,以衡量决策过程中各种不确定因素对决策结果的影响程度。此外还对比分析了采用不同的赋权方法和决策方法时,方案排序结果变化情况以及最优方案的鲁棒性。通过某地区电网案例分析验证了所提出规划方法的有效性。Of the optimal operation problems of the ultra-high voltage(UHV)transmission corridors,how to select the appropriate transmission capacity and the bundle proportion of wind power and thermal power is especially important for economic and stable operation of power grids.In this paper,aplanning method is developed.First,a comprehensive index system,including static security index,transient stability index,voltage stability index,economic operation index,and the power demand index,is established that takes into account the stability,security and economy of the receiving end system.Then based on these indices,the objectives of the mathematical model are defined with multi-objective functions.The nondominant sorting genetic algorithm-Ⅱ is adopted to solve the multi-objective model.And the non-inferior solutions of the model are treated as transmission alternatives.Moreover,a decision method is adopted to rank the alternatives.Finally,the influences of the change in number of alternatives and different index values on the sorting results are analyzed via probabilistic sensitivity analysis.In addition,changes in the ranking results of schemes using different weighting and decision-making methods as well as the robustness of optimum scheme are analyzed and compared.A regional power network case study is presented to verify the necessity and rationality of the planning method proposed.
