摘  要:在微波辐射作用下,用自制的NdH_3P_2W_(18)O_(62)·nH_2O/硅藻土为催化剂,在无有机溶剂及相转移催化剂的条件下,催化30%H_2O_2氧化环己酮制备己二酸。通过正交实验和单因次实验探讨了各因素对反应的影响,确定了优化工艺条件为:w(催化剂)=12.7%(按环己酮质量计),n(30%H_2O_2)∶n(环己酮)=4,100℃,400 W,4.0h。在此条件下,己二酸收率达77.7%。催化剂重复使用3次,收率仍可达到68.1%。Adipic acid was synthesized from cyclohexanone oxidation with 30%H2O2catalyzed by self-made NdH3P2W(18)O(62)·nH2O/diatomite in absence of organic solvent and phase transfer catalyst under microwave irradiation.The inf1 uential factors on the reaction were discussed by orthogonal and simple fact experiments.Under optimum conditions that the dosage of catalyst of 12.7%(by mass of cyclohexanone),the molar ratio of 30%H2O2to cyclohexanone of 4,reaction temperature of 100℃,micrawave power of 400 Wand reaction time of 4.0h,the product yield could be up to 77.7%.NdH3P2W(18)O(62)·nH2O/diatomite catalyst could be reused for 3times and the isolated yield of adipic acid was still above 68.1%.
