茂金属薄膜专用树脂结构及其性能研究

摘　　要：对比分析了两种相同类型的茂金属薄膜树脂,分别为进口产品和自主研发的中试产品的性能及结构差异,并采用旋转流变仪对二者的加工性能进行了比较。结果表明:中试产品的各项物性及加工性能与进口产品相当,分子链结构存在差异,其中相对分子质量分布相仿,高相对分子质量部分略低,共聚单体基本都是孤立的分布在分子链上,但在分子链上的分布规律存在差异,这种分子链结构上的偏差导致两种产品性能出现了差异。Two kinds of metallocene film resin with the same type,imports and independent development products,were analyzed on the structure and properties.Then the processing performance was compared by rotary rheometer.The results showed that the two metallocene film resins were similar in physical properties and processing performance,but the molecular chain structure was different.The molecular mass distribution was similar,but the high relative molecular mass of independent development product was lower than imports product.The comonomers were all isolated on the molecular chain,but the comonomer distribution was different,which caused differences within the two products performance.
