摘 要:针对深井水基钻井液实践中高温对钻井液性能的破坏问题,采用黏度法研究了钻井液处理剂SMP、SMC、SMK及SMP与SMC、SMK复配体系水溶液的高温交联随影响因素的变化规律及对应条件下高温交联与钻井液性能的关系,发现影响钻井液处理剂高温交联的因素有:介质矿化度(NaCl和CaCl_2)、处理剂类型、处理剂浓度配比、pH值、温度等。结果表明,在复配处理剂(SMP/SMC、SMP/SMK)配比大于1、NaCl浓度为10%~20%、pH值为8.0~11.0、温度为150~200℃时,有利于钻井液处理剂高温交联,从而改善钻井液性能。According to the problem of damage to the properties of drilling fluid because of high temperature in the practice of deep well water-based drilling fluids,research on the sulfonated additives SMP,SMC,SMK and the complex system of them with high-temperature crosslinking under its factors of variation and the corresponding conditions of high temperature and fluid performance crosslinking relationship focused on using the viscosity method,which found influence factors are salinity(NaCl and CaCl_2),pH value,type and preparation ratio of drilling fluid additives,temperature and so on.The results showed the preferable conditions as that the ratio of compound treating agent(SMP/SMC,SMP/SMK)was greater than 1,the concentration of NaCl was 10%-20%,pH value was 8.0-11.0and temperature was 150-200 ℃,which were conducive to high-temperature crosslink in drilling fluid additives,thereby improving drilling performance.
