摘  要:采用微球硅胶作催化剂载体,结合响应面法优选酸种类和浓度,合成了甲基葡萄糖苷。结果表明:复配20%对甲苯磺酸、10%盐酸和10%硫酸能够加快反应速度,提高产率。将12%加量的产品应用于水基钻井液,能够降低泥浆黏度和滤失量,增加润滑性。和市场应用的同类添加剂相比,其岩心滚动回收率具有一定优势。Combined with response surface method,species and concentrations of acids were optimized after synthesizing methyl glucoside by silica-gel microspheres catalyst carrier.The results showed that remixed 20% p-toluene sulphonic acid,10% hydrochloride and 10% sulfate made the process faster and yield increased.It was also found that viscosity and filter lose reduced while lubricity increased enormously when 12% products were added into water-based drilling fluid.Comparison were drawn between products synthesized to counterpart one which used in markets,there were certain advantages existed in core-rolling recovery rate.
