金属腐蚀抑制剂和汽油清净剂对M15甲醇汽油胶质生成的影响

摘　　要：考察了多种类型金属腐蚀抑制剂和汽油清净剂对M15甲醇汽油胶质生成的影响。结果表明,初始状态下,各金属腐蚀抑制剂中苯并三氮唑能够降低胶质生成量,乙胺、正丁胺和乙醇胺对胶质生成量无明显影响,二乙醇胺和三乙醇胺会使胶质生成量有所增加;储存过程中,与空白M15甲醇汽油相比,苯并三氮唑可使未淋洗胶质和溶剂洗胶质含量的增幅分别降低0.6mg/100mL和0.4mg/100mL,三乙醇胺会使未淋洗胶质和溶剂洗胶质含量的增幅分别增加5.2mg/100mL和4.4mg/100mL,其他金属腐蚀抑制剂也会使增幅略有增加。初始状态下,三种汽油清净剂均会导致未淋洗胶质含量大幅升高,当添加量为0.04%时,未淋洗胶质含量范围为19.4~31.4mg/100mL,当添加量为0.10%时,未淋洗胶质含量范围为51.6~68.4mg/100mL;储存期过程中,与空白M15甲醇汽油相比,三种汽油清净剂均能降低溶剂洗胶质含量的增幅。红外光谱试验结果从液相氧化的角度有效验证了胶质试验相关结论。The influence of several types of metal corrosion inhibitor and gasoline detergent on gum formation of M15 was investigated.The results showed that in the beginning only the BTA could decrease the gum formation amount compared with the blank M15,while the DEA and TEA would increase the gum formation amount.The ethylamine,n-butylamine,ethanolamine had little effect on the gum formation amount in the beginning.In the storage,the BTA could decrease the increment of UGC and SWGC about 0.6mg/100 mL and 0.4mg/100 mL compared with the blank M15,while the TEA would increase the increment of UGC and SWGC about 5.2mg/100 mL and 4.4mg/100 mL.The other metal corrosion inhibitors all increased the increment of UGC and SWGC to some degree in the storage.In the beginning,all the three types of gasoline detergent increased UGC significantly.The range of UGC was from 19.4 mg/100 mL to 31.4 mg/100 mL when the addition was 0.04%,while the range of UGC was from 51.6 mg/100 mL to 68.4 mg/100 mL when the addition was0.10%.In the storage,all the three gasoline detergents could decrease the increment of SWGC compared with the blank M15.The results of the FT-IR effectively proved the conclusions of the gum experiment from the liquid-phase oxidation point.
