摘 要:以甲苯二异氰酸酯(TDI),聚醚二元醇(N220)、二羟甲基丙酸(DMPA)制备了水性聚氨酯,再与丙烯酸酯进行共聚制备共聚乳液压敏胶黏合剂。研究了封端剂丙烯酸羟丙酯(HPA)用量和丙烯酸异辛酯(EHA)用量对压敏胶性能的影响。结果表明,随着封端剂HPA的增加,压敏胶的黏度,剥离强度增加;随着EHA用量增加,压敏胶的黏度减小,剥离强度增加。在全封端剂,EHA用量为水性聚氨酯预聚体固含量100%的条件下,180°剥离强度为0.18N/mm,制得的压敏胶压敏性能较好。Waterborne polyurethane was prepared by copolymerization isocyanate(TDI),polyether diols(N220)and dimethylol propionic acid(DMPA).Copolymer emulsion pressure-sensitive adhesives were prepared by copolymerization using waterborne polyurethane and acrylate.Influences of the amount of capping agent hydroxypropylacrylate(HPA)and ethylhexyl acrylate(EHA)on pressuresensitive adhesive performance were investigated.The results show that the pressure-sensitive adhesive viscosity and peel strength were increased with the increase of blocking agent of HPA.Viscosity of pressure-sensitive adhesive was decreased and peel strength was increased with EHA increased.Under the conditions of the amount of full-capping agent and EHA was 100%of the water-based polyurethane pre-polymer solid content,the 180°peel strength was 0.18N/mm,pressure-sensitive performance of the obtained pressure-sensitive adhesive was preferable.
