摘　　要：介绍了多肉植物的概念、种类和应用价值。常见多肉植物的分类方法有:按植物进化系统分、按肉质变态部位分、按植株形态分、按与其他生物依存关系分、按用途分5种。多肉植物除了观赏外,还在食用、药用、酿酒、环保、纤维和建材等方面有应用价值。The concept of the succulent plants,varieties and the application value were introduced.There were 5 kinds of classification we often used：the classification of plant evolution systems,the classification of meat quality abnormal parts,the classification of plant morphology,the classification of growth habit and the classification of applications.The application value of succulents in addition to ornamental value,it also very useful in eating,medical using,wine making,environmental protection,fiber and building material.
