丹参多酚酸盐对缺血性心力衰竭患者心率变异性和窦性心律震荡的影响

摘　　要：目的研究丹参多酚酸盐对缺血性心力衰竭患者心率变异性和窦性心律震荡的影响。方法入选2014年3月-2015年8月符合条件的缺血性心力衰竭患者共计126例,随机分为观察组和对照组。根据《中国心力衰竭诊断和治疗指南2014》在对照组采用常规药物治疗方法 ,而观察组则在对照组治疗药物的基础上静脉点滴丹参多酚酸盐80mg+5%葡萄糖注射液250ml静脉点滴,持续2周。2组患者分别在治疗前后行24h动态心电图检测,分析心率变异性和窦性心律震荡等指标。结果治疗后2组患者的心率变异性指标如SDNN、SDANN、RMMSD、PNN50、LF/HF和窦性心律震荡指标如TO,TS等均得到改善,P<0.05。而且,治疗后观察组的心率变异性和窦性心律震荡指标改善更为明显,P<0.05。结论在常规抗心衰药物治疗的基础上,静脉使用丹参多酚酸盐对缺血性心力衰竭患者心率变异性和窦性心律震荡有进一步的改善作用。Objective To study the effects of the salvianolate on heart rate variability and sinus heart rate turbulence in patients with ischemic heart failure. Methods 126 patients with ischemic heart failure were enrolled in this study from March 2014 to August 2015 and divided into 2 groups randomly. The control group was underwent the treatment of conventional drug,and the observer group was treated with salvianolate 80mg＋5% glucose 250 ml on basis of conventional drug therapy. The treatments were continued for 2 weeks,and all patients were underwent 24-hour ambulatory ECG respectively before and after treatment and analysis the heart rate variability（HRV） and sinus heart rate turbulence（HRT）. Results compared with pre-treatment,the indexes of HRV and HRT in 2 groups such as RMMSD、PNN50、LF/HF and TO,TS were all improved,P〈0.05. And the improvement in the observer group were more significant than the Control group,P 0.05. Conclusion on basis of conventional drug therapy,salvianolate can further improve HRV and HRT in patients with ischemic heart failure.
