保妇康栓治疗宫颈高危型人乳头状病毒持续感染的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨保妇康栓治疗宫颈高危型人乳头状病毒持续感染的临床效果。方法选择本院2012年10月-2015年10月进行广东省流动人口妇女人乳头瘤病毒感染型别及影响因素研究期间,检查到高危型HPV阳性并持续感染的90例东莞市的患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将所有研究对象分为观察组和对照组,每组45例,对照组给予重组人干扰素α2b栓治疗,观察组给予保妇康栓治疗,观察并比较两组患者的临床疗效和不良反应。结果对照组患者的总有效率为57.8%,明显低于观察组的88.9%,两组间比较差异有统计学意义（χ^2=28.71、P〈0.05）;两组患者不良反应的发生率比较,差异无统计学意义（χ^2=0.83、P〉0.05）;两组患者治疗后RLU/CO值及宫颈炎指标积分均较治疗前有明显改善,组内治疗前后比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;观察组治疗后RLU/CO值及宫颈炎指标积分的改善情况明显优于对照组,两组间差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论保妇康栓治疗宫颈高危型人乳头状病毒持续感染的临床效果较佳,不良反应发生率低,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the clinicai effect of Baofukang suppository treatment cervical high risk type papillary virus persistent infection. Methods 90 cases of cervical high risk type person papilloma virus persistent infection patients treated in our hospital from March 2014 to October 2015 were selected as the research object,all the research object were divided into observation group and control group according to random number table method,45 cases in each group,the patients in control group were given human recombinant interferon alpha 2 b bolt treatment,the patients in observation group were given Baofukang suppository treatment,the clinical curative effect and adverse reaction of patients between two groups were observed and compared. Results The total effective rate of the patients in the control group was 57.8%,significantly less than the 88.9% of the observation group,the difference was statistically significant between the two groups（χ^2=28.71,P〈0.05）;the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups of patients,there were no statistically significant difference（χ^2=0.83,P〉0.05）. Two groups of patients after treatment RLU/CO value and cervicitis index integral were obviously improved,compared with before treatment,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）;the RLU/CO value and cervicitis index integral in observation group after treatment improvement was better than those of the control group,the difference between the two groups werestatistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Baofukang suppository treatment cervical human papilloma virus persistent infection of high-risk pattern has better clinical effect,low incidence of adverse reactions,it is worthy of clinical popularization and application.
