摘 要:采用共混法,以盐酸掺杂聚苯胺(HCl PANI)和炭黑(CB)为混合导电填料,环氧树脂E-44和107胶为粘合剂制备了导电涂料,将其涂覆于Q235钢基片上制备了防腐蚀涂层。采用电化学、耐酸性和中性盐雾试验等手段评价了涂层的防腐蚀性能。实验结果表明:导电涂层附着力较好,具有良好的耐酸性和耐中性盐雾性能;在3.5%Na Cl水溶液中以盐酸掺杂聚苯胺/炭黑(HCl PANI/CB)为混合填料制备的涂层使裸钢的开路电位从-0.849 V正移至-0.482 V,说明涂层对钢基片具有良好的防腐蚀性。A conductive coating was prepared by blending method using HCl-doped polya-niline (HC1PANI) and carbon black (CB) as fillers, EP-44 and 107 glue as binder. The coating was applied on the surface of the pretreated steel to form an anticorrosive film. The corrosion behavior of the sheets coated with the coating was studied by electrochemical analysis, acid resistance and neutral salt spray test. The results indicated that the coated sample showed good adhesion, acid and salt fog resistance, meanwhile, the open circuit potential of the HC1PANI/CB coating in 3.5% NaC1 solution shifted to -0. 482 V from -0. 849 V of bare steel, indicating the coating had excellent anticorrosive performance.
