摘　　要：银翘散源自吴鞠通《温病条辨》,是辛凉解表代表方,贵在加减。吕文亮教授认为外感温病证属卫分皆可化裁用之,外感温热病早期失治误治,引邪入里,如慢性荨麻疹、过敏性紫癜等,辨明卫、气、营、血,加减应用银翘散,随证思辨,疗效显著。Honeysuckle and forsythia powder is the representative prescription of treatment in epidemic febrile disease,which stems from doctrine of epidemic febrile disease and was written by WU Ju-tong,its vital part is Flexible use.Professor LYU Wenliang thought that it can be used flexiblely in disease that happened in the surface of the skin,epidemic febrile disease can easily change and aggravate as a result of early delay treatment and errors,such as chronic urticaria,allergic purpura,etc.Diagnosis and treatment of febrile diseases by analysis of wei,Qi,Ying and blood can have a obvious treatment effect when honeysuckle and forsythia powder is flexiblely used.
