止痛散外敷联合TDP照射治疗腰椎间盘突出症随机平行对照研究

摘　　要：[目的]观察止痛散外敷联合TDP照射治疗腰椎间盘突出症疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将120例住院及门诊患者按病志号抽签/就诊顺序号方法简单随机分两组;①基础治疗:卧硬板床,避免劳累;②急性期口服洛索洛芬钠消炎镇痛。对照组60例TDP照射腰背部责任椎间隙35min,2次/d。治疗组60例止痛散(中药大黄、三棱、没药、姜黄、栀子、元胡、白芷、冰片等)外敷于患处并结合T.DP照射30min,2次/d。连续治疗2周为1疗程。观测临床症状、VAS疼痛评分、ODI评分、不良反应。连续治疗1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]VAS疼痛评分、ODI评分两组均有明显降低(P<0.05),治疗组降低优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]止痛散外敷联合TDP照射治疗腰椎间盘突出症,疗效满意,无严重不良反应,值得推广。[Objective]To observe the curative effect that acesodyne powder combined with the beam of TDP to treat the LDH.[Methods]According to the number of hospitalized patients or outpatients to make 60 patients were randomly divided into 2 groups by using the method of random and parallel control;CDBasic treatment：not lying soft bed,avoid fatigue;（2）Taking orally anti-inflammatory and analgesic drugs loxoprofen sodium in acute stage.Every day 2 times,each 35 minutes use external application of placebo in combined with TDP（Model：CQG-222A＋,Manufacturer：Chongqing Institute of silicate,China Changle Chongqing silicate limited liability company.）irradiation in the treatment of lumbodorsal,intervertebral space with respect to the control group of 30 cases.Also 2 times a day,every time 35 minutes using Zhitong powder what involve rhubarb,common Burreed rh izome,myrrh,turmeric,gardenia,corydalis tuber,dahurian angelica root,borneol,etc,and apply to the affected part and combined with TDP irradiation,it is with respect to the treatment group of 30 cases.1 course of treatment for 2 weeks.To observate the clinical symptoms,VAS pain score,ODI score and adverse reactions.After 1 couse treatment to determine efficacy.[Results]VAS pain score and ODI score of two groups were significantly decreased（P〈0.05） and the treatment group was lower than the control group（P〈0.05）.External application of acesodyne powder combined with the beam of TDP to treat the prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc is no serious adverse reactions,it is worth promoting.
