治肝法外延扩展灵活运用

摘　　要：治肝法由来已久,广泛应用,含疏肝、柔肝、抑肝、平肝、补母等,调理脏腑功能,疗效客观。在此外延扩展,肝阳虚损,疏泄无力,当扶阳助肝;寒热错杂,病在厥阴,宜温阳泻火,兼益津液;气因虚而郁滞,宜益肝气、助疏泄、清都热;疏泄太过,犯脾伤肾,宜抑肝扶脾固肾;疏泄太过,血失封藏,宜养血柔肝;阳虚血亏,宜养血疏肝,治肝新法,灵活辩证应用,疗效显著。附验案六则。The method of treating liver is widely used and it contains soothing liver,gentling liver,inhibiting liver,calming liver,nourishing the mother-organ and so on.It achieved good clinical effect by conditioning zangfu organs＇ function.On this basis,we expand the outward.When liver Yang has deficiency in regulating,we help liver Yang;when disease in channel of jueyin and the pathogenesis is mixed with cold and heat,we warm Yang.purge fire and replenish body fluid;when stagnation caused by Qi asthenia,we replenish liver Qi and help liver governing regulating and removing stagnated heat;when spleen and kidney＇s injury are caused by liver＇s over regulation,we repress liver at the same time tonify the spleen and kidney;when blood isn＇t enclosed which because of liver＇s over regulation,we nourish blood and gentle liver;when yang and blood in deficiency,we nourish blood and sooth liver.We have achieved great clinical effect with this new method of treating liver since the syndrome has been identified flexibly.Attach six cases.
