八珍汤联合西药治疗甲亢使用甲巯咪唑后白细胞减少随机平行对照研究  

Bazhen Decoction in The Treatment of Patients with Hyperthyroidism Using Methimazole Leukocytopenia in 20 Cases

摘　　要：[目的]观察八珍汤联合西药治疗甲亢使用甲巯咪唑后白细胞减少疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将40例门诊患者按就诊顺序编号简单随机分为两组。对照组20例鲨肝醇40mg/次,3次/d;维生素B_4 10mg/次,3次/d。治疗组20例八珍汤（黄芪30g,党参、熟地黄、当归各20g,川芎、白芍、白术、茯苓、黄精、女贞子各15g,甘草^灸6g）,1剂/d,水煎400mL,早晚温服;西药治疗同对照组。连续治疗4周为1疗程。观测临床症状、白细胞、中性粒细胞、不良反应。治疗1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组临床治愈13例,好转6例,无效1例,恶化0例,总有效率95.00%。对照组临床治愈10例,好转5例,无效4例,恶化1例,总有效率75.00%。治疗组疗效优于对照组（P〈0.05）。白细胞及中性粒细胞两组均有改善（P〈0.01）,治疗组改善优于对照组（P〈0.05,P〈0.01）。[结论]八珍汤联合西药治疗甲亢使用甲巯咪唑后白细胞减少,疗效满意,无严重不良反应,值得推广。[Objective]to observe the curative effect of leukocyte Bazhen decoction combined with western medicine treatment of hyperthyroidism after use of methimazole.[Methods]40 outpatients were randomly divided into two groups according to the random parallel control method.Control group of 20 cases of shark liver alcohol40mg/times,3 times/d;vitamin 10mg/B4 times,3 times/d.Treatment group（n20） Bazhen Decoction（Radix Astragali 30 g,Codonopsis,Radix Rehmanniae Preparata.Radix Angelicae sinensis,20 g,chuanxiong rhizome,white peony root,white atractylodes rhizome,Poria cocos,polygonatum,Ligustrum lucidum 15 g,licorice sunburn 6g）,daily1 agent,water to cook 400 ml,sooner or later,warm clothes;western medicine in the treatment of with the control group.Continuous treatment for 4 weeks for 1 courses.Observation of clinical symptoms,blood biochemical indicators（white blood cells,neutrophils）,adverse reactions.Treatment of 1 courses of treatment,determine efficacy.Results in the treatment group,13 cases were cured,6 cases were improved,1 cases were ineffective,0cases were worse,the total effective rate was 95%.In the control group,10 cases were cured,5 cases improved,4cases ineffective,1 cases deteriorated,the total effective rate was 75%.The curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group（P〈0.05）.White blood cells and neutrophils were improved in the two groups（P〈0.01）,and the improvement of the treatment group was better than that of the control group（P〈0.05,P〈0.01）.[Conclusion]Bazhen decoction combined with western medicine in the treatment of hyperthyroidism with thiamazole white blood cells,and the results were satisfactory.No serious adverse reactions,worthy of promotion.
