半夏泻心汤联合西药治疗寒热错杂型非萎缩性胃炎随机平行对照研究

摘　　要：[目的]观察半夏泻心汤联合西药治疗寒热错杂型非萎缩性胃炎疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将96例门诊患者按抛硬币法简单随机分为两组。对照组48例阿莫西林,1g/次,2次/d;克拉霉素,0.5g/次,2次/d;奥美拉唑,20mg/次,1次/d。治疗组48例半夏泻心汤(法半夏10g,黄芩~炒6g,川黄连3g,干姜6g,人参10g,甘草^(蜜灸)6g,大枣3枚;反酸烧心加吴茱萸3g,瓦楞子10g;脘腹胀满加木香10g,郁金6g;腹痛加延胡索^((?)制)6g,台乌药10g;食少纳差加谷芽~炒、麦芽~炒各15g;失眠不寐加磁石^(煅、先煎)、夜交藤各15g),1剂/d,水煎400mL,早晚餐后口服,200mL/次;西药治疗同对照组。连续治疗14d为1疗程。观测临床症状、溃疡面积、不良反应。治疗1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组显效16例,有效28例,无效4例,总有效率91.67%。对照组显效12例,有效25例,无效11例,总有效率77.08%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]半夏泻心汤联合西药治疗寒热错杂型非萎缩性胃炎疗效满意,无严重不良反应,值得推广。[Objective]To observe BanxiaxiexinTang mixed cold and heat therapy combined with Westerntype non-atrophic gastritis efficacy.[Methods]Randomized parallel controlled method,96 outpatients law simply by flipping a coin randomly divided into two groups.The control group 48 cases amoxicillin,1 g/times,2times/d;clarithromycin,0.5g/times,2 times/d;Omeprazole,20mg/times,1 times/d.The treatment group 48 cases BanxiaxiexinTang（Fabanxia 10 g,Huangqin 6g,Chuanhuanglian 3g,Ganjiang 6g,Renshen 10 g,Gancao 6g,Dazao3;heartburn and acid reflux plus Wuzhuyu 3g,Walengzi 10g;abdominal distention plus Muxiang 10 g.Yujin6g;abdominal pain plus Yanhusuo 6g,Taiwuyao 10g;eat less anorexia plus Guya,Maiya each 15g;insomnia Insomnia plus Cishi,Yejiaoteng each 15g）,l/d,decoction 400 mL,morning and evening postprandial oral,200mL/times.Western medicine with the control group.14 d for a course of continuous treatment.Observation of clinical symptoms,ulcer area.adverse reactions.One course of treatment,to determine efficacy.[Results]The treatment group 16 cases.effective 28 cases,4 cases.the total efficiency of 91.67%.The control group 12 cases markedly effective in 25 cases,11 cases ineffective,the total efficiency 77.08%.Treatment group than the control group（P〈0.05）.[Conclusion]BanxiaxiexinTang mixed cold and heat therapy combined with Western-type nonatrophic gastritis results were satisfactory,no serious adverse reactions.it is worth promoting.
