瓜蒌薤白半夏汤联合西药治疗痰浊闭阻型冠心病心绞痛随机平行对照研究

摘　　要：[目的]观察瓜蒌薤白半夏汤联合西药治疗痰浊闭阻型冠心病心绞痛疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将80例门诊及住院患者按抛硬币法简单随机分为两组。控制糖尿病、高血压及高血脂等,健康教育,避免心绞痛诱发因素,抗凝、抗血小板聚集等治疗。对照组40例硝酸异山梨酯,10mg/次,2~3次/d。治疗组40例瓜蒌薤白半夏汤（瓜蒌、葛根各25g,白芍20g,丹参、薤白各15g,半夏、桂枝、人参、郁金、延胡索、柴胡各10g）,1剂/d,水煎150mL,早晚口服,75mL/次;西药治疗同对照组。连续治疗30d为1疗程。观测临床症状、心绞痛发作次数、不良反应。治疗1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]临床疗效：治疗组显效21例,有效16例,无效3例,总有效率92.50%。对照组显效12例,有效17例,无效11例,总有效率72.50%。心电图疗效：治疗组显效22例,有效17例,无效1例,总有效率97.50%。对照组显效18例,有效13例,无效9例,总有效率77.50%。治疗组疗效优于对照组（P〈0.05）。[结论]瓜蒌薤白半夏汤联合西药治疗痰浊闭阻型冠心病心绞痛疗效满意,无严重不良反应,值得推广。[Objective]To observe Gualouxiebai white Decoction combined with western medicine phlegm closed resistance type Angina.[Methods]Randomized parallel controlled method,80 outpatients and inpatients law simply by flipping a coin randomized into two groups.Control of diabetes.hypertension and high cholesterol and other health education to prevent angina predisposing factors,anticoagulant,anti-platelet aggregation therapy.The control group of 40 patients isosorbide dinitrate,10mg/times,2 to 3 times/d.Treatment group,40 patients Gualou Xiebai soup（Gualou,Gegen 25 g,Baishao 20 g,Danshen,Xiebai 15 g,Banxia,Guizhi,Renshen,Yujin,Yanhusuo,Cha ihu 10g）,l Agents/d,decoction 150 mL,sooner or later,oral,75mL/times.30 d for a course of continuous treatment.Observation of clinical symptoms of angina attacks,adverse reactions.One course of treatment.to determine efficacy.[Results]Clinical efficacy：treatment group 21 cases.effective 16 cases,3 cases,the total efficiency of92.50%.The control group 12 cases markedly effective in 17 cases,11 cases,the total efficiency of 72.50%.ECG efficacy：treatment group 22 cases,effective 17 cases.ineffective in 1 case,the total efficiency of 97.50%.The control group 18 cases markedly effective in 13 cases,9 cases,the total efficiency 77.50%.Treatment group than the control group（P〈0.05）.[Conclusion]Gualouxiebai white Decoction combined with western medicine phlegm closed resistance of angina pectoris results were satisfactory,no serious adverse reactions,is worth promoting.
